Would you like to try working at a sushi chef in the country's capital of Ljubljana?

The Slovenia owner operates a sushi restaurants,
and has been sharing Japanese cuisine with the locals for 16 years.

Currently, with their Japanese sushi sous-chef retiring,
they are looking for someone to fill in this position.

We are happily awaiting applications from sushi chefs who think they would be the perfect successor!

【Restaurant Information】
・Seating: 40 seats; outdoor area seats 35 in the summer season
・The head chef is Japanese and has been working here for over 10 years and has plenty of experience
・The other sous-chef, who oversees Washoku, is Japanese and has been working here for over 8 years.
・There are 5 other locally-hired chefs, and 6 front of house staff
・Cost per customer: 2,000JPY (considered inexpensive by local standards)

【Job Description】
・Sushi preparation and related duties
・Filleting and preparing fish
・Making nigiri and sushi rolls at the counter while interacting with customers in English
・Creating and preparing an Omakase menu
・Training and guidance of local staff
