Job Description

This is a popular upscale sushi restaurant in Ho Chi Minh.

The interior design combines modern architecture with traditional
Japanese decor to create a unique dining experience.

The fish and rice are in perfect harmony, leaving the local customers craving more and more.

Fish）Fish is carefully purchased from vendors all over Japan
Rice）The chef has trained in a Michelin-star restaurant in Japan, and brings his sushi rice techniques here to Ho Chi Minh

＊70% of the customers are Vietnamese. There are also many Korean, Chinese, and Japanese guests.

Job Description：
You will prepare Edo-mae style sushi at this upscale sushi restaurant:
・Preparations for sushi making
・Making sushi
・Interacting with customers at the counter
・Maintenance of cooking utensils
・General support for restaurant's business operations
