Job Description

This sushi restaurant received a Michelin Star from the【Michelin Guide Kyoto・Osaka 2018】
They offer authentic Edo-mae style sushi in Kyoto and Tokyo, and are also expanding throughout Asia.
In Spring of 2019, they opened a location in the luxury hotel The Tokyo Peninsula.
With the expansion of their business, they are looking to hire a sushi chef.
【They are also currently hiring front of house staff】

This restaurant sources ingredients of only the highest quality from throughout the country.
You will be able to make the most of your experience working alongside the Michelin Star master chef making sushi.
Even if you are newer to the industry, this position provides firm and throughout guidance for all of the skills and processes,
so you can rest easy and apply happily.
