And they are opening a new Sushi/Kappo restaurant!
It is operated by a local Thai corporation that has received investments from a Japanese company doing business in Japan for over 20 years.
There are Japanese team members in both the restaurant-side and business-side of things, so you can work comfortably♪

The restaurant seats 13 guests at the counter and 30 at tables, for a total of 43 seats.
Diners can enjoy their meals in a spacious atmosphere.

The Head Sushi Chef and Head Kappo Chef will work under the Japanese Head Chef
and manage the kitchen and culinary process.

There are many local chefs who also help out with preparations and such,
and there is special planning implemented through their training system.

There will be about 5-6 local chefs hired.
And these will be your duties as the 【Head Kaiseki Chef】

・Work with the head chef and restaurant manager to improve the restaurant going forward
・Training and guidance of local staff
・Sushi menu development
・Preparations, cooking Kaiseki, customer interaction
