・Product development
・Purchasing, supplier selection
・General culinary management: cooking, quality control, sanitation, etc.
・Staff training and culinary guidance

＜New Locations＞
・Menu development, planning of new restaurant concepts
・Culinary management, training of local staff

・Periodic quality checks
・Planning, supplier selection, kitchen equipment purchasing
・Creating relationships with wholesale and suppliers, planing purchases

Requirements

【Required】 ・Responsible, self-starter ・Attention to detail, consideration for others, professionalism ・Consistent work history, valid reasons for ending past employment ・Daily conversational level of English abilitiy ・Basic food and beverage industry experience ※Aside from special experiences or experience at upscale restaurant 　Moreso than experience, we will be looking at character. 【Desired】 ・Average of 3-years working at previous employers ・Various culinary operation experience ・10 or more years of experience in the food and beverage industry
