【Job Description】
1. Supporting the head chef in the general running of the kitchen;
2. Preparing and serving food at the counter while interacting with customers;
3. Helping in food sourcing & procurement;
4. Helping the head chef to create food menus;
5. Managing inventory and keeping control of stock;
6. Managing and training the kitchen staff, including setting the monthly duty roster;
7. Supervising all food preparation;
8. Ensuring the kitchen meets high standards of quality;
9. Complying with and enforcing sanitation regulations and safety standards;
10. Deputizing for the head chef in their absence.
