【Skills】 ・Experience：8 or more years of Omakase experience, with restaurant management experience ・Qualifications：For visa aquisition purposes, must possess chef's license 　　　　You will also need to be able to provide proof of past employment ・Language：Japanese/Native Level ※ You do not currently need to have English language abilities, but we want to hire somebody with the desire to learn. Through your work, you will be able to study the language and train yourself using it. If you can see yourself doing so, then you are the type of person we hope to hire. ※Our current manager is able to speak Japanese, so you will not have to worry. However, we are hoping to hire someone who will put forth effort to speak with our customers at the sushi counter, even if it is just simple words and phrases. 【Desired Traits】 ・Someone with good hygiene who takes making sushi seriously and will study to improve their craft with integrity ・We do not allow smoking at our establishment, so those who smoke need not apply 【Other】 If you leave the position of your own accord within one year of employment, you will be required to pay back the hiring company for the housing and visa application costs. We will deduct these costs from your salary, so you will be required to put in your notice of resignation at least one month in advance.
