Job Description

Our restaurant has been serving innovative Japanese cuisine in London since 2006, using locally sourced ingredients to cater to the preferences of our international clientele. Over the past few years, the dining scene in London has experienced rapid growth, establishing itself as one of the world's leading cities. Factors such as Brexit and environmental concerns have also had an impact, bringing renewed attention to the quality of domestically sourced ingredients, with further acceleration expected in the future.

At our establishment, we respect these current circumstances and proudly offer unique dishes that are rooted in the local context. The success of these concepts has garnered recognition from many customers, and we are currently in the process of expanding our presence beyond the UK.

Against this backdrop, we are currently seeking a Sous Chef for our sushi section. We are looking for individuals with advanced culinary skills and proficiency in English, which is necessary for visa requirements. The responsibilities will extend beyond typical sushi tasks to include team development and management.

Interview Process:

Annual Salary : 40,000GBP

Working Hours: From 09:30 to 23:30 48 hours per week Paid Time Off: Paid vacation is provided as part of the employment benefits. Requirements

Qualifications for Sous Chef Position: Experience: A cumulative total of 5 years or more of experience, with a minimum rank of Sous Chef or above.
