Job Description

【About our Company】
Our business began with the owner's desire to provide the meals they wanted to eat when returning to Japan, making them easily accessible in Malaysia. Since our initial overseas expansion in 2015, we have opened a series of restaurants offering yakitori, yakiniku, and Japanese kappo cuisine. With a strong following from locals interested in Japanese food culture and expatriates, our restaurants have grown into thriving establishments. Overcoming the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now focused on strengthening our structure for future growth and enhancing our existing restaurants. To achieve this, we are seeking an individual who can lead menu development for our three existing restaurants and provide guidance. While the position involves daily work at the site, the main responsibilities are menu development and guidance. Additionally, we plan to launch a new restaurant, and the selected candidate will be responsible for developing the new restaurant's menu.

Malaysia is a multicultural country with a friendly attitude toward Japan. If you're someone who wants to connect with people from different cultures, has culinary skills to shine globally but hesitates due to language barriers or fear of the unknown in a foreign country, this opportunity might be your chance to take a new step. We look forward to your application and hope you'll embark on a new challenge with us in Malaysia!

【About our Restaurants】
Located within walking distance from Mont Kiara, one of the most upscale residential areas in Kuala Lumpur, we operate three restaurants:

\"KINGYU\": A specialty restaurant focusing on sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, using Wagyu beef for various Japanese dishes. Offering authentic Japanese flavors to local customers.
\"ITSUMO\": A charcoal-grilled chicken specialty restaurant that uses fresh chicken each morning. The chickens are grilled carefully with charcoal using grilling tables imported from Japan, ensuring the same quality as in Japan.

Office (Located above the \"ITSUMO\" restaurant)
