Job Description

【About the Restaurant】
A renowned yakitori restaurant, \"Shirokane Toridama,\" located in upscale areas like Shirokane and Ebisu in Tokyo, is seeking an experienced chef to join their team. The restaurant, owned and operated by a husband and wife, is known for its rare chicken cuts and a selection of exceptional Japanese sake sourced from some of Japan's top breweries. With branches in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangkok, this cozy establishment has become a beloved spot.

The owner, also a skilled chef, opened a branch in Kuala Lumpur six years ago with the aspiration of introducing delicious yakitori to the people of Malaysia. Since then, the restaurant has continued to be cherished by a growing number of customers.

【Position Available】
Yakitori Chef (Cooking Staff)

【Job Responsibilities】
Duties include the preparation of yakitori, serving Japanese customers, handling procurement, managing inventory, and preparing grills and charcoal.

Income

The salary range for this position is MYR 96,000 to MYR 120,000.

Holidays

【Working Hours / Weekly Workdays】 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM (with a break of 3.5 hours) 1 day off per week (Shift system) 【Holidays】 Spring Festival (around the end of January): 1 week Paid vacation available (10 days per year, granted after 6 months of employment) *Employees take unified vacation days.
