Approximately 5.3 million yen /year and above (Negotiable) 【Salary】 Monthly Salary: Approximately 410,000 yen (about 43 million Indonesian Rupiah) and above Salary is paid in the local currency (Rupiah). Bonus: Once a year, based on performance 【Housing Allowance】 Partial rental assistance: Up to approximately 60,000 yen (6 million Indonesian Rupiah) provided Apartment introduction assistance upon relocation. 【Insurance Coverage】 Local medical insurance for illness and injury (partial insurance fee assistance) Excluding chronic illnesses. 【Visa Support】 Handling of work visa acquisition procedures and associated costs covered by the company for the employee only. 【Position Available】

Executive Chef or Equivalent Position

【Job Responsibilities】

Management and supervision of the cooking process
Inspection and approval of dishes to be served
Supervision and communication with local staff
Creation of new menus and recipes
Inventory management and ordering of ingredients
Maintenance of hygiene and food safety within the restaurant
Acquisition of proficiency in Indonesian language necessary for operations
Execution of all related tasks that arise from time to time

Holidays

【Working Hours / Weekly Working Days】 Shift system: 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM (with breaks) Varies by the specific restaurant location. 【Vacation】 5 days off per month 14 days of annual paid leave granted after one year of service

Requirements

【Requirements】 Experience: Practical experience of 5 years or more in the following types of restaurants: Teppanyaki Restaurant Japanese Cuisine Restaurant Meat Kaiseki Restaurant French Restaurant Sushi Feel free to inquire if you have experience in restaurants not listed above. Language / Education: No specific educational requirements Willingness to learn the local language (Indonesian) after relocation No English proficiency required Note: However, for obtaining the local work visa, both resume and work history must be prepared in English. Qualifications: Cooking license is mandatory Submission Documents: Resume Work history document An English version is also required.
