Job Description

Hiring Sushi Chefs for a new \"reservations-only\" sushi restaurant opening in Chicago, Illinois. The restaurant offers both traditional Japanese sushi and creative sushi creations. We aim to become known as the best in Chicago by incorporating not only traditional Japanese sushi but also dishes influenced by other cultures.

This recruitment is limited to individuals with US citizenship, a Green Card, or other visas allowing them to work in the United States. Visa support is not provided. Currently, we have 8 employees, with 6 of them being Japanese.

Interview Process:

Working Hours: 6 days a week, 8 hours a day (including work on public holidays). Paid Holidays: 1 week of paid holidays, after one year of employment.

Application Requirements: - Visa: Individuals with a visa allowing them to work in the United States, or those with citizenship or a Green Card. - Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience as a chef. - Language: Proficiency in both Japanese and English (fluency is not mandatory).
