Salary: Monthly salary ranging from $5,100 to $6,900, depending on experience, abilities, and previous salary. Average monthly salary for Japanese managers is $6,100. Bonuses: Annual bonuses (conditions apply). Raises: Annual salary increases (conditions apply). Benefits: Insurance coverage: Individual enrollment required. Work Hours / Weekly Schedule: Working hours: 50-55 hours per week, 5 days a week. Holidays / Leave: Up to 2 weeks of vacation per year, including at least one vacation. Christmas vacation and Thanksgiving vacation.

[Qualifications] - Residency: Applicants must be residents of Japan (requiring visa support for relocation to the US) or residents of the USA (already possessing work authorization). [Experience] - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in Japan (including part-time work, if applicable). Specific experiences and qualifications are listed below. [Language Skills] Proficiency in English is not required initially, but gradually learning it would be advantageous. Eventually, achieving conversational proficiency in English would be beneficial.
