Job Description

Located in Los Cabos, a resort town with a population of approximately 400,000, known for its ideal climate with minimal rainfall and renowned for diving, marine sports, and golf spots. Los Cabos boasts exceptional safety, making it a favorite area for Hollywood stars and celebrities.

Our restaurant, opened in July 2022, is one of the few authentic sushi restaurants in Mexico. We strive to provide service and meals reminiscent of Japan, using local ingredients to offer an authentic Japanese experience. We are looking for individuals who can share our vision and work with pride.

This year, the first Michelin Guide in Mexico will be released. To achieve the long-awaited dream of earning a Michelin star, our owner, with over 20 years of experience, seeks skilled sushi chefs to join our team and challenge ourselves to achieve this goal together! We await applications from those who share our passion and commitment!

Holidays

[Work Days and Hours] - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (with a 30-minute meal break) - One day off per week (Mondays) [Holidays / Leave] - Paid holidays (12 days after 1 year of service) based on the Mexican law

Requirements

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sushi restaurant at the counter. Language: Basic English proficiency preferred, knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Japanese speakers are also welcome. Must be eager to learn languages after employment.
