Job Description

Located in Tustin, Southern California, a city known for its warm climate year-round, proximity to the ocean, and high quality of life. Tustin boasts a high-income population and excellent public safety. In June, a Japanese owner-chef, featured in the Michelin Guide in both 2022 and 2023, opened a high-end omakase sushi restaurant in this wonderful city. We are currently looking for a sushi chef who can start immediately.

As we plan to expand our restaurant, there is also an opportunity to become the head chef at a new location!

Work Days / Hours: - Tuesday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM (with 2.5 hours of break time included) Holidays: - Regular days off: Sunday, Monday - Independence Day, Christmas, New Year's, etc. - Additional: 10 days (Employees are encouraged to take unified vacation days.)

Requirements

Requirements: - Must have a valid work visa, citizenship, or Green Card for legal employment in the USA, or the ability to obtain one. - Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a sushi restaurant. Language Skills: - Japanese: Native level - English: Conversational level [Required Documents] - Resume (in Japanese)
