Job Description

We, DINING INNOVATION GROUP, are currently expanding our brands \"Tsurutontan,\" \"Kintan,\" and \"Yakiniku Like\" in the USA and the UK. A new Yakiniku concept project is launching in Los Angeles, and we are looking for a head chef to lead our first Yakiniku restaurant!

Torrance, where the restaurant will be located, is a very livable city with mild weather and low rainfall throughout the year. It is also home to many Japanese companies and residents, making it a comfortable place for Japanese nationals.

DINING INNOVATION GROUP supports creating new business models that add unprecedented value to Japanese staple foods and rapidly expanding them domestically and internationally. Our mission is to enrich people's lives worldwide through Japanese food culture.

Requirements
