[Malaysia] Ramen Noodle Factory seeking a R&D Specialist!

We are a ramen noodle manufacturing company, our factory is located about 30 minutes driving from Kuala Lumpur city. Our factory has 60 employees now, and we are expanding and need an expert in Ramen noodles to help us target the market. As we know there are more Japanese Ramen chain restaurants are coming into Malaysia.

R&D Specialist of Ramen Noodle

<Job responsibility>
1. Analyzing current issues related to product quality
To provide recommendations for quality improvement on Company’s existing products to enhance the Company’s competitive advantage in the market and minimize customers’ complaints.

2. Research and Development (R&D)
To involve in R&D process to develop new products / new formulations. The Independent Contractor shall provide recommendation and source for ingredients that meet the Industry’s and Company’s standard.

3. Sales and After Sales Services
To develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue. To address customers’ complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. To maintain and improve on Company’s brand image.
