We operate a sushi restaurant called \"Yohei Sushi\" in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.

Yohei Sushi is a restaurant that the head chef, originally from Hiroshima, has faithfully maintained for many years, with a desire to bring the Edo-style sushi technique to Oahu. In 2024, we will open our second location. We are currently seeking experienced Sushi Chefs and Kitchen Chefs to join our team!

[Job Responsibilities]

- Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards.

- Display advanced culinary skills, including customer interaction at the sushi counter.
- Assist in the kitchen as needed.

<Kitchen Chef>
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and cooking standards.
- Supervise the kitchen team, ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with front staff to ensure efficient service.
