Yohei Sushi, a restaurant that the head chef, originally from Hiroshima, has faithfully maintained for many years, was founded with the desire to bring the Edo-style sushi technique to Oahu. In 2024, we will open our second location. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team!

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and dining experience.
- Train and manage servers, providing guidance on the menu and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and drink yard staff to maintain order accuracy and food/drink quality.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
