We are a renowned \" à la carte\" Restaurant\", offering the best of Sushi and Japanese Cuisine since 2011 in Piacenza, Italy. We are looking for a Chef to work in cooperation with the current Japanese Executive Chef in charge since 2011.

We are looking for a complete professional to work with our Itamae to ensure regularity and increase to the flow of Japanese Cuisine.

We are a renowned \"à la carte\" authentic Japanese restaurant, the one and only in Piacenza, Italy. We offer the best of Sushi and Japanese Cuisine since 2011. We are a ‘big family’ with a young and passionate, well-established staff.

We have been selected by the Italian Food Guide \"Gambero Rosso\" in the TOP 10 of Japanese Restaurants in our Region (Prefecture), also selected by the Italian Food Guide \" La Guida Kenta\" as authentic Japanese Restaurant. We have been awarded by Miyagi Prefecture for our expertise and offer of SAKE too. We have a professional SAKE SOMMELIER in our staff certified by Sake Sommelier Association International.

Since 2011, we have been working with love to spread and deepen Japanese gastronomic culture in our Region. JETRO Certification is also in progress.

Requirements
