Job Description

A Japanese-owned authentic sushi restaurant is scheduled to open early next year in Tangerang, a fast-growing new city near Jakarta, Indonesia. This restaurant aims to become one of the top Japanese dining destinations in the area, offering high-quality omakase courses tailored to both local guests and high-end clientele.

The vision behind the restaurant is to share the authentic taste of Japanese cuisine with Indonesian and international guests alike. We are now looking for an experienced chef who can immediately take the lead in our omakase service.

The location is ideal — just a 10-minute drive from a Japanese supermarket, and within the same complex you’ll find several other Japanese restaurants and the largest local supermarket chain in Indonesia.

This recruitment is part of our company’s expansion into new regions.
