We are actively expanding our presence across the East Coast of the United States, including high-end sushi restaurants and popular Japanese dining establishments, with a mission to promote authentic Japanese quality to the world.

The restaurant we are currently hiring for is a hidden gem—an exclusive sushi restaurant that cannot be easily found from the outside. Our mission is to consistently delight and satisfy our guests, and thanks to this commitment, we have earned a Michelin one-star rating for six consecutive years, with recognition from discerning gourmets around the world.

We are now looking for a passionate Sushi Sous Chef who can work alongside our Head Chef in the pursuit of a second Michelin star. The ideal candidate will possess both the experience and technical skills required to move toward this shared goal.

Sushi Sous Chef

[Main Responsibilities]
- Preparing and serving sushi at the counter (starting with lunch service)
- Prep work and back kitchen duties during service hours
- Assisting the Head Chef in daily operations
- Supporting all aspects of restaurant management

Income

Annual Salary: USD 80,000 〜 USD 90,000 (Based on the exchange rate as of the end of May 2025, JPY 144/USD)

Holidays

Requirements
