Job Description

The recruitment company is a major food and beverage company located in [Luoyang], one of the four major capital cities of China.

One of the owners is from China, and he graduated from a Japanese university and now has many years of business experience in Japan.
He is fluent in Japanese and has a firm understanding of Japanese culture and customs.

Currently, we have more than just Izakayas, and have 10 locations operating in 5 cities.
The support from the locals in Luoyang is booming, and we boast a high level of popularity! (^ ^ ♪

In the future, we have plans for various restaurant concepts outside of Izakayas.
This posting is for a Japanese-style Yakiniku restaurant set to open between November and December in 2018.
We are looking to hire a Head Chef.

Specific Job Details for Head Chef:
・General food preparation
・All duties as a head chef
Quality Control ・Cost Control・Cooking Instruction・Staff Training

※For opening the new location,
　We will have you lead and educate our team on a number of tasks.
After the restaurant is opened, your duties will proceed as listed above.
　We are looking for candidates who can be flexible.

Requirements

<Experience and Skills> ・Language [Japanese] Native Level [Chinese] Not Required (We have Chinese staff members who understand Japanese. However, during your daily work, being motivated to learn Chinese is required.) ・Required Experience Head Chef: Experience in a wide range of culinary areas, menu development, cost calculations, general kitchen experience with Japanese cuisine (including sushi).
