Job Description

Washokujob posts job positions from restaurants abroad (with focuses such as sushi, yakiniku, Kaiseki, ramen, etc.) after having a thorough conversation with the restaurant owner or person in change. So you can rest assured that our career advisors will have a solid foundation of information and impression of the restaurant when introducing the position to you!

This restaurant is about 30-40 minutes by car from central Melbourne in Australia.
In 2019, this restaurant will open in the Dandenong Range, on a land plot that totals 14,000 square meters!
It's a very popular spot among tourists and locals a lot, and many animals thrive in the nature here, too!

This restaurant grows its own organic ingredients on a small farm, with an orchard and greenhouse.
We are looking for a head chef who can use these home-grown ingredients to create authentic Kaiseki meals♪

Our customers will also be invited to explore our organic farm, orchard, and green house,
so you will be able to tell our customers the story of their meals from start to finish.

The restaurant will seat 28 customers, with private rooms, a bar, and a terrace.

Our customers can decide on their orders while sipping on wine at our bar area
We are hoping to create a lovely dining experience for everyone.

You will have the chance to work and create together with the Australian owner,
who highly values the Japanese concept of o-mo-te-na-shi.
