Job Description

This position is in Auckland, New Zealand.
This popular Washoku restaurant is in an area rich with art and theater

As Head Chef, you will have the following duties:

・General cooking and management
・Manage and guide the kitchen staff
・Working efficiently while motivating the team in a high pressure environment
・Customer service
・Menu development
・Quality control
・Inventory, ordering, and cost management　

while also improving the restaurant.
