It is a new location for a Canadian Washoku brand, and will be an upscale restaurant!

This restaurant's customers are government officials, upper-class individuals, and VIP guests.
And their motto is high quality food and service.

This new restaurant aims to offer the quality of a Michelin-star restaurant,
and is looking to hire someone who will help foster this high level of quality.

Atmosphere:Fine Dining
Seats: Around 40; VIP rooms
Cost Per Customer: 28,000JPY or more (for the meal)
Kitchen Staff: One head chef in each section, with a total of 15 local staff

★Main Job Responsibilities★
Combining Omakase-style nigiri sushi with modern-style course menus
while preparing and serving food to our guests at the counter.
Aside from sushi, you will also be serving modern-style Washoku cuisine,
and since our chef's work rotations, you will may also be in charge of
the Washoku cuisine in the future.
Thus, we are looking for a chef who creates sushi, and who is also open
to preparing other Japanese cuisine and has experience doing such.

We offer course menus that incorporate our brand, Edo-mae style sushi, and
the stylings of our kitchen chefs, and are aiming to offer the highest quality
of modern sushi in a Washoku experience you can't quite find in North America.

Requirements
