Job Description

We are looking for a Chef to work under owner-chef Yoshizumi Nagaya, who has been awarded three Michelin stars in the Michelin Guide.

Our restaurant is a Michelin 1-star Kaiseki and sushi restaurant located within the most prestigious luxury hotel in Turkey. The restaurant offers an exclusive and intimate dining experience with only 24 seats, serving a chef’s tasting (Omakase) menu. Set within a refurbished hotel room, the restaurant features a secret entrance that can be unlocked with a special key, creating a unique and exclusive ambiance. Additionally, we provide a luxury complimentary transfer service in BMW i7 cars, sponsored by BMW.

Our restaurant is the only place in Turkey where guests can experience authentic Omakase-style Japanese cuisine. We are dedicated to sharing and spreading Japanese food culture, using the finest seafood from Turkey to craft traditional Edomae-style sushi.

[About the Operating Company]
Our company, which runs this restaurant, also operates six luxury boutique hotels and several other restaurants. In addition to hospitality, we are involved in various other ventures, including film production, cinemas, museums, and arts and performance centers.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 3~5 years of experience as a chef in the fields of Japanese cuisine, sushi, or kaiseki.
