<About this opportunity>
A major food and beverage company located in [Luoyang], one of the four major ancient capitals of China.
Currently, of our Japanese-style Izakayas, we have 10 locations across 5 cities.
Support for our restaurants from the locals in Luoyang is very high.
It is a Japanese restaurant boasting vast popularity(^ ^ ♪

There are future plans to expand the number of locations and to develop other Japanese-style restaurants with new concepts.
For that purpose, we are hiring a Head Chef to oversee all operations of the opening of our new restaurant: menu development, quality control, education and training of staff, etc., for our existing Izakaya brand.
We are looking for chefs with experience with Yakiniku to help open our new locations.
Our head manager is Chinese, but some of our shareholders are Japanese.

One of the owners is Chinese, and graduated from a Japanese university with many years of business experience in Japan.
The manager is fluent in Japanese and has a firm understanding of Japanese culture and customs.
They will visit Japan from August 6-8 to conduct interviews.
(There is a possibility of negotiations depending on the situation of our company and locations.)
In that case, we would appreciate your flexibility.

<Head Chef’s Responsibilities>
・Production Management

・Creation of Production Manuals
・New Menu Development
(Often required to outsource and make use of ingredients from China)

<Yakiniku Chef’s Responsibilities>
・General Cooking and Preparation
・Management as Head Chef
 Quality Control・Cost Management・Direction of Menu・Staff Training
※For opening the new location,
 We will have you lead and educate our team on a number of tasks.
After the restaurant is opened, your duties will proceed as listed above.

However, during your daily work, being motivated to learn Chinese is required.) ・Required Experience Head Chef: Experience in a wide range of culinary areas, menu development, cost calculations, general kitchen experience with Japanese cuisine (including sushi). Kaiseki experience welcome. Yakiniku Chef: Looking for those with experience at Japanese Yakiniku restaurant.
