We are currently recruiting candidates for the position of Head Chef at the Japanese restaurant \"Umi To Sora Maru To Hoshi\" located within the resort hotel \"Resort Hotel Margherita Narao\" in Nagasaki / Goto Islands.

This Japanese restaurant provides a stunning view of the Narao town while offering a satisfying experience of Goto's delicacies. Featuring fresh seafood from the port and Goto beef, the restaurant serves course meals and set meals. Additionally, the charm of Goto's local ingredients is showcased in dishes like Goto hand-stretched udon, where the dough is spread with camellia oil, a specialty of Kami Goto.
